The building is located in the middle of Vojvođanska Street in New Belgrade. The plot has access to two streets - Vojvođanska and Pere Segedinca. Most of the residential part of the building faces Pere Segedinca street. Orientation towards the courtyard and a quiet existing residential block with plenty of greenery ensures peace, without traffic noise. The main pedestrian access to the building and the premises on the ground floor is planned from Vojvođanska Street. The entrance to the underground garage will be from Pere Segedinca Street, where the green area will be arranged.
