Zemunski kapije

Građevinska direkcija Srbije is building a residential complex with commercial premises on the site of the former Aleksa Dundić barracks in Zemun.

The residential complex will occupy an area of about 6 hectares, it will have 8 objects, a total of 1,700 apartments or 200,000 m2 of residential and commercial premises.

The complex will have apartments of various structures from one to four bedrooms, ranging from 31m2 to 93m2. Garages will be located in the underground floors of the facilities, and parking spaces will be provided in the courtyard.

Commercial objects are planned on the first floor of objects. Also in the complex will be three landscaped park areas with playgrounds and a place for rest and relaxation. The central square is designed as a pedestrian zone, equipped with cool small architectural forms and lighting, as well as numerous entertainment - restaurants, cafes, shops.
