The project is located in the heart of Vrachar, the most attractive municipality of Belgrade. Other parts of the city are easily accessible by public transport, and the highway is only 200 meters away.

The building has three floors, seven apartments, only 2 apartments per floor. The spacious underground garage has 8 parking spaces with convenient entry, even for the biggest cars. The building used materials of the highest quality, and all works were professionally controlled from start to finish. Installed high-quality aluminum windows and doors with double glass with low emission. All windows have electric blinds. The heating and cooling system is carried out through heat pumps (air-water) with separate outdoor units for each apartment. Through the heat pump, warm water is heated for the central boiler in each apartment. All rooms have underfloor heating with the ability to control the desired temperature.
