The main feature of the building is the extraordinary views that extend towards the Sava River, Sava Promenade, Belgrade Tower and New Belgrade on one side, while on the other side you can enjoy the view of the Sava Park, across the panorama of the Old Town to the Temple of Saint Sava and other city landmarks. The biggest benefit, in addition to the location itself and the unique views and vistas, are the continuous and fully covered terraces, which in addition to the great view improve the acoustic parameters of the building and contribute to noise reduction. BW Bella has an inner courtyard designed as a huge park that includes various facilities: a children's playground, places to rest under the trees and a pergola, a jogging track, as well as a variety of greenery. The central part of the park is dedicated to tall trees, under which there are no structures, which allows them to grow unhindered.
