Iris Plaza is a modern mixed use residential and commercial development located on Ustanička Street. The building consists of 7 above ground floors and 3 underground levels. The project includes a total of 25 residential units, 2 commercial spaces (located on the ground floor and first floor), and 38 garage parking spaces.
An average of 25 workers are engaged on the project during the initial construction phase, while at peak activity (November through December), the workforce increases to between 50 and 75 people. The objective is the complete construction and finishing of the building, with a strong emphasis on high standards of comfort and modern building technologies.
As the general contractor, our company is responsible for a wide range of construction activities. Our team carries out all interior works, excluding plumbing, sewage, and electrical installations, as well as the complete exterior finishing, including the façade, flooring, and landscaped green areas.
