The building is located on a quiet street that stands out from Zrmanjska street and is characterized by very low intensity of traffic.
The building is angular, three-side oriented, it is possible to build a neighboring building on one side only, the remaining three sides of the building are free. This gives additional comfort and good lighting for all apartments.
Depending on the floors and position, most of the apartments are characterized by an unusual panoramic view of Hippodrome, Ada Bridge and the city.
